From the date of purchase, each product is guaranteed 3 years.

Duration of the Warranty.

The warranty of our kitchens is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase of the product.
You must show the original invoice as proof of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty refers only to domestic use of the products and covers any defects in the materials and construction of the kitchen. This warranty is for the benefit of the original buyer of the product and is not transferable.

How do you intervene in the kitchens?

Ciesse will examine the product and assess whether the problem is covered by the warranty. Ciesse after examination of the product, will repair the same if defective or will replace it with a product equal or comparable, in compliance with current legislation. In such cases, Ciesse will bear the costs of repair, spare parts, labour and travel of the maintenance personnel, provided that the repair does not have to take place at a distance that would incur exceptional costs. This procedure does not apply to repair work that is not approved by Ciesse. The replaced parts will become the property of Ciesse. If the item is no longer on sale at Ciesse, an appropriate replacement will be provided. Ciesse, in its sole discretion, will determine which replacement is considered adequate.

The 3-year warranty covers any defects found in the materials and in the realization of the following components of the kitchen:
· Furniture structures
· Doors and drawer fronts
· Hinges
· Drawers and total extraction
· Plinths
· Panels
· Componenets under/above Wall units
· Worktops
· Dish drainer
· Sliding baskets
· Knobs
· Handles

Sinks, mixers and appliances, follow the normal warranty provided by the manufacturer.

What advice do you have for maintenance?

We recommend cleaning the doors, drawer fronts, interiors and wooden surfaces with a soft cloth moistened with water and a mild detergent, if necessary. Use only detergents suitable for individual materials. Do not use products containing ammonia, alcohol, bleach or abrasives. Rinse with water and then dry with a clean, dry cloth. If you spill liquids, do not let them stay in contact with the surface of the furniture: clean immediately, do not forget to clean under the furniture base and the edges of the doors. When deciding where to place the coffee maker or electric kettle, make sure that the steam does not reach the bottom of the cabinet structure and the doors. Do not open the dishwasher door immediately after the end of the washing programme. High heat and humidity exposure increases the risk that the countertop or door will absorb moisture and swell. Wood is a natural material and its color can change over time. Light painted surfaces also tend to turn slightly yellow depending on exposure to light.

How does the after-sales service work?

To be able to offer you functional products, always able to meet your needs and expectations, every year Ciesse renews its assortment.
For this reason we cannot guarantee that the products and prices will be valid beyond the period of validity of the catalogue, equal to one year.
