Obligation at home if with fever over 37.5
Obligation to remain at home in the presence of fever (more than 37.5 ) or other flu symptoms and to call your family doctor and health authority.
Personnel may be subjected to body temperature control before entering the workplace.
Limit contacts with external suppliers
For the access of external suppliers they must characterize procedures of entry, transit and exit, through modalities, routes and predefined times, to the aim to reduce the occasions of contact with the staff. Access to visitors must also be reduced.
Cleaning and sanitizing
The company ensures daily cleaning and periodic sanitization of the premises, environments, workstations (including keyboards, touch screens, mice), common areas and leisure areas and distributors of drinks and snacks.
It is mandatory that the people present on the farm take all hygienic precautions, in particular for the hands. The company provides suitable cleaning media.
Masks and gloves
If the work requires an interpersonal distance of less than one metre and other organisational solutions are not possible, the use of masks and other protective devices (gloves, spectacles, coveralls, headphones, lab coats) must be used.
Common areas with contingent access (canteens, changing rooms, smoking areas)
Access to common areas, including company canteens, smoking areas and changing rooms is subject to quota, with the provision of continuous ventilation of the premises, a reduced stopping time and the maintenance of a safety distance of one metre between people.
Possible closure of unnecessary departments and smart working
Limited to the period of the Covid-19 emergency, companies will be able to close all departments other than production or, in any case, those whose operation is possible through the use of smart work, or at a distance.
Redeployment of production levels and shifts
Production levels can be adjusted. It is necessary to ensure a shift plan of the employees dedicated to production with the aim of reducing as much as possible the contacts and to create autonomous groups, distinct and recognizable.
Social shock absorbers and holidays
Priority should be given to the use of social shock absorbers or if it is not sufficient to use the periods of late and not yet taken.
Stop travel and meetings
All national and international travel and business trips, even if already agreed or organized, are suspended and cancelled. Meetings in the presence (only those urgent but with a reduced number of people and a meter of interpersonal distance) are not allowed either.
Staggered entry-exit times
Staggered entry/exit times are favoured in order to avoid as much as possible contact in the common areas (entrances, changing rooms, canteen).
Management of a symptomatic case
If a person on the farm develops a fever and symptoms of respiratory infection such as cough, he or she must immediately notify the personnel office, he or she should be isolated and others present from the premises. The company immediately alerts the competent health authorities and emergency numbers for Covid-19 provided by the Region or the Ministry of Health. The company also collaborates to define any close contacts. A Committee for the application and verification of the rules of the regulatory protocol is set up in the company with the participation of the company’s trade union representatives and the SGM.
